We packed your photos in .tar format archives so you can download all the photos with one click.

Most computer should have already installed software to unpack the photo archive. If you cannot unpack, please follow the guide below.

On Windows

We recommend using 7-zip for unpacking.

After installation, simply right click on the archive file, and choose “Extract to …\”

On macOS

We recommend using The Unarchiver for unpacking.

After installation, simply right click the archive file, choose “Open With” > “The Unarchiver”.

Technical: why .tar format?

Most people are familiar with .zip or .rar archives, but we are not using them because:

• .zip format cannot reliably support large (2GB+) photo archives.
• .rar format may require non-free software to unpack.

We choose .tar archives because it supports 2GB+ photo archives and only need free software to unpack. It’s also a very common format that almost all compression software already supports.
